Heather Clemons, MS, MBA, ATC(R)

Heather Clemons has more than 20 years of experience in health equity, organizational culture, and patient care. Her background includes clinical informatics, quality and patient safety, and continuing medical education. She leads systemwide DEIB efforts at Sharp and has contributed to initiatives recognized by the Human Rights Campaign’s Healthcare Equality Index and Long-Term Care Equality Index. She holds an MBA from Hofstra University, an MS from Oregon State University, and a BS from Alfred University.
