Melissa Schwarz is an Evaluation Specialist with Access Community Health Network, and has over twenty years of evaluation and data experience.

She has worked with a variety of organizations in the health and human services and philanthropic sectors, taking a data-driven approach to measure change. Her work has included implementation and outcome evaluation of CDC and HRSA funded programs and services with a team-based, collaborative approach to identifying lessons learned and best practices.
