Elizabeth Boggs, RN, BSN is the Harm Reduction Program Manager for the Cumberland Valley District Health Department.

Elizabeth has eleven years of experience in nursing, including Harm Reduction Program Coordinator, Emergency Department Nursing, and travel experience. She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2013, her Bachelors Degree from The University of the Cumberlands in 2021, and is currently completing her Masters Degree at Northern Kentucky University. Her current position focuses on the growth and development of the Harm Reduction Program along with testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections.
