Monika Damle is a Research Associate at Cicatelli Associates, Inc. (CAI) based in New York City.

She has experience in healthcare navigation, qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, and program evaluation. Her primary research and evaluation areas of focus are HIV/AIDS, women’s health, and gender-affirming care for youth. She most recently supported efforts for a national HRSA-funded initiative focused on researching, analyzing, and disseminating best practices on rapid antiretroviral therapy (ART) at the clinic and jurisdiction-level.
