General Conference Information
SYNChronicity takes place from March 18–20, 2026 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. This venue is adjacent to Reagan Washington National Airport across the river from downtown Washington, DC.
Clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, clinical social workers, and other healthcare professionals focused on sexual health.
SYNC 2026 will provide two complimentary lunches.
Program information for SYNC 2026 will be available in late 2025.
Wi-Fi is available through the conference space, and login information will be provided before the event.

Registration Information- Credit or Debit Card
- ACH or Check. Choose PO or ACH when registering.
- Cancellations before February 14, 2026: no fee.
- Cancellations after February 14, 2026: $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations less than 15 days before event: no refund.
- Registrations may be transferred to another person. There are no refunds for transfers.
- Financial arrangements must be made between the transferring parties. SYNC is not responsible for transfer transactions.
- Registrations may only be transferred once.
Yes. Early Bird discounts are available until December 31, 2025.
Register Now- Yes. The student rate requires proof of full-time student status:
- Student ID — valid student identification issued by your institution
- Letter of Enrollment — formal letter confirming full-time enrollment
- Academic Transcripts — recent transcripts showing course load
- Letter of Acceptance — new student acceptance letter
- Official Registration Confirmation — verification document from your institution
