Brian Hujdich is Executive Director of HealthHIV and the National Coalition for LGBTQ Health.
Brian Hujdich has served as HealthHIV’s Executive Director since 2007. He leads strategic and programmatic development of HealthHIV, one of the nation's largest HIV non profits, and its numerous initiatives including the National Coalition for LGBTQ Health, HealthHCV, the National Center for Healthcare Capacity Building, and the HIV Prevention workforce certification medical education programs. Brian has 34 years of experience in HIV, LGBTQ and health advocacy; policy; strategy, program and leadership development; medical and consumer education/training; health services research and evaluation; medical/consumer advertising; communications; capacity building; and project management. Prior to joining HealthHIV, Brian served as the Executive Director of the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He previously worked at the International Association of Providers in AIDS Care, Publicis, Medicus Intercon, Hill and Knowlton, Ketchum and Burson-Marsteller.
This plenary session will feature subject matter experts in each of the five SYNC focus areas to share the current “state of” and future implications in HIV, HCV, STIs, harm reduction and LGBTQ health.
