Martha Sichone-Cameron, MPH is Executive Director of The International Community of Women Living with HIV – North America (ICWNA) and has recently joined the Georgetown University Medical Center as a Research Specialist.
Martha is originally from Zambia, Africa where she was born and raised. Martha works in Research at Georgetown University and is actively involved in the DC Center for AIDS Research. Martha also serves in several leadership and executive roles for different HIV Policy and Advocacy organizations including the International Community of Women Living with HIV North America, the National Working Positive Coalition, and the People Living with HIV Caucus. Martha has also worked for AIDS service and community health agencies including serving as the Director of Prevention for Women’s Collective in Washington, DC, and Executive Director of an International faith-based non-profit called Every Orphan’s Hope (EOH) Inc. in Zambia. She has a bachelor’s in education (English/French) and a Master’s in Public Health.
