Sade’ P. Slaton, MBA, PMP is the Program Manager of Treatment and Prevention Services at Access Community Health Network.
Sade’ is a dedicated public health professional who has been working in community-based HIV prevention, treatment, and education for over ten years. She serves as the Manager of Treatment and Prevention Services at Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) and is responsible for developing and implementing ACCESS’ HIV prevention programs and community outreach strategies. In this role, she manages a team of patient navigators, eligibility specialists and community health specialists as well as oversees the budget, implementation, and evaluation of three grant funded programs focused on HIV and HIV prevention. Sade’ also consults with health care providers on the latest HIV prevention methods to ensure ACCESS’ programs continue to support and meet the needs of high-risk populations. Sade’ has an MBA in Marketing from DeVry University, along with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism/Marketing from Southern Illinois University. She is also credentialed with a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
