Darcy Cherlin, MPH, is a Public Health Analyst at the Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP), in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Darcy’s role includes coordination of viral hepatitis activities across the federal government to achieve the goals of the Viral Hepatitis National Strategic Plan. Darcy holds a Master of Public Health from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University and is currently a Lecturer at the Milken Institute School of Public Health for a course in population and community health analytics. Darcy has over eight years of experience working in the public, nonprofit and private health sectors. Prior to her time at HHS, she served as an epidemiologist at the DC Health Department in Washington D.C., where she worked on outbreak data surveillance for the District’s COVID-19 response.
