Dr. Samantha Hughes (She/Her/Hers) has 29 years in public service, including 17 years of experience in providing HIV Prevention and Care education.
Dr. Hughes is currently the Associate Director of the Washington University St. Louis CDC Midwest Track 2B Capacity Building Assistance Program encompassing 13 jurisdictions (12 states and Chicago) region in the Midwest (ND, SD, IA, IL, KS, KY, MO, NE, WI, OH, MI, MN) to deliver coordinate and implement technical assistance requests in HIV testing in non-clinical settings, social behavior interventions, and PrEP/PEP/STI for prevention. Dr. Hughes retired from the City of Kansas City, Mo Health Department as the Ryan White Part A Recipient for the Kansas City Transitional Grant Area (KC-TGA).
