This plenary session will elevate the central role that the community can play in addressing HIV prevention needs and address barriers to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) uptake and access while providing clarity around the affordability of PrEP. Participants will emphasize the need for a systems change designed to increase the uptake of rapid PrEP initiation for those who could benefit from it.
