Carlotta Starks is a Clinical Program Manager at Mount Sinai Hospital.
She is passionate about improving access to care for patients who are impacted by racism and other forms of oppression. Additionally, she is committed to creating inclusive work cultures. With over 13 years of experience as a nurse in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Carlotta has additional expertise in workforce engagement and change management. She is currently working as a Clinical Program Manager at the Mount Sinai Institute for Advanced Medicine (IAM). Her primary role is to lead the rollout of Long-Acting Injectable Antiretrovirals across IAM's four HIV clinics. Carlotta studied at Northeastern University and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
