Heather Homesley, CHES is Program Manager of the Hepatitis C Treatment and HIV Prevention Programs at Kintegra Health.

Heather holds a Master of Arts in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina. She began her career at Kintegra Health as a Patient Navigator working with pregnant women and children aged 0-5. She then transitioned into the Community Health & Prevention Department first as a Bridge Counselor and then Medical Case Manager before assuming the role of Program Manager of the Hepatitis C Treatment and HIV Prevention Programs. She is the proud mom of 2 fur babies (cats) and enjoys traveling, playing board games, and cheering on her alma mater NC State!
